This book is the sequel to one of my all time favorite books Colters’ Woman. I have no idea how many times I have read it, but I know I will read it again and again. Colters’ Lady is a very satisfactory follow-up to the original.
Seth, Michael, and Dillon, along with their sister Callie, have been raised in a very unusual family. Their parents are part of a menage a quatre relationship with one mother and three fathers. However, the brothers never expected to find one woman that they would want to share between them. That is until Lily entered their lives.
Maya Banks did not originally intend to write a sequel to Colters’ Woman. Personally, I am delighted she changed her mind. Although the same basic story exists, the relationship between the brothers in the new book is definitely different. Those differences bring new plot twists to the story which I greatly enjoyed.
Another book involving the Colter Legacy is due out in early 2011. The title is Colters’ Daughter and the focus is, of course, on Callie.
I cannot wait!
